Medicare Insurance Disclosures

The Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plan Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) runs from October 15-December 7. During this time, Medicare recipients can evaluate their current coverage and enroll in a new Medicare Advantage plan for the upcoming year.

Enrollment during the Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period (OEP) is limited to January 1 - March 31. Medicare beneficiaries enrolled in a Medicare Advantage Plan are eligible to participate in OEP. If you are aging into Medicare, have recently moved or lost coverage, you may be eligible for a Special Enrollment Period.

We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 17 organizations which offer 96,646 products in your area. Please contact, 1–800–MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.

The Medicare Helpline represents Medicare Advantage [HMO, PPO, PFFS] organizations and/or Medicare-approved Part D sponsors that have a Medicare contract. Enrollment depends on the plan’s contract renewal.

Enrollment in the described plan type may be limited to certain times of the year unless you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period.

Call the plan number on your ID card or call Medicare at 1-800-MEDICARE (TTY users call 1-877-486-2048) to file a complaint and provide the agent or broker name if possible.
